Spent the past 4 months bulking up to 235 (from about 205). Now, my plan is 40 min of strength training at lunchtime and 40 min of cardio at night. Workout twice a day mon-fri, once sat and sunday morning. My goal is to get down to about 215 but be completely ripped. I eat 6 times a day, every three hours. My workouts splits are below:
Mon: Chest/tri Tues: Back/Bis Wed: Shoulders Thurs: Legs Fri: Arms/chest Sat: Deadlifts/Shrugs Sun: Abs, lunges, turkish getups

When I was bulking up, I was lifting every other day, but doing a total body thing each day. Actually, google "Mens Fitness trophy workout" and that's exactly what I was doing. The workout was great. The only problem was it took a solid hour and 20 minutes at best.

Right now, I usually start out with a big lift (For example, today with shoulders I started with clean and presses 4 x 8). I then do 2-3 sets of smaller stuff at 8-10 reps.

One of the reasons I decided to start so low again is that I want to work on shortening my rest time.

when I was doing well in the fall I was resting a couple minutes between sets, took awhile to catch my breath.
Trying to keep it under 60 this time around.

I'm already strong as hell. My prime concern at the moment is getting lean. I do a lot of interval training. That means running at a medium pace for about 10 minutes, then alternating between medium and fast for 30 second periods.

I wanna be big and lean, Mikey. 2 years ago, I was super lean and cut, but I didn't have the muscle that I wanted to. Now, I'm noping to be the same amount of lean, but with some extra muscle. No homo.
