How do you get that? I'm a pretty deep sleeper to begin with, but I want better dreams. Any grocery store, drug store or supplement store. It's all natural. You can get it from 1mg up to I think 10mg but 5 seems to work good for all of us. We even have some in liquid form for the 7 year old who isn't a pill taker yet.

I take zinc and magnesium to help with getting more solid sleep - also helps me calm down if I'm still amped up on stims.
I just gotta get back into a routine. Don't hit snooze, don't roll out of bed and then sit on the couch "to collect myself."
Hardboiling some eggs will help too. We're living with her parents to save money and they don't have set morning schedules, so I don't want to be in the way in the kitchen cooking a decent breakfast. And I don't want to leave dirty pans either.

Try the melatonin mikey. It's something your body makes on it's own but a lot of people could always use a little more.

Speaking of which. Why does it dissolve in water so well but taste like ass. Tastes great in milk but is lumpy.

Why does it dissolve in water so well but taste like ass. Tastes great in milk but is lumpy. Don;t know. I always use a blender. Usually add a tbsp of peanut butter or a half banana as well as a tablespoon of sugar-free instant pudding.

It's good stuff phenom. Take it about 20 min before you workout. Also, try to eat about an hour before u take it.

Diz don't over do it. Start with 12oz curls. Don't jump to the 40oz yet, hit someting the middle like 22oz. Work yourself up to the big boy weights.

P90X is a pretty good workout, Did the whole ninety days last year. Just can't find that much time everyday anymore

Well, I do cardio 5X per week. Spin, walk on an incline, and run. 3X a week a do crunches (40X3) and SL dead lifts (15X3 @ 40#). The wife and I have been avid lifters over the years -- and as soon as her foot recovers from surgery we'll return to 3X per week -- 12 lifts (15X3) -- we don't do it to bulk up. It sounds super-gay to lift with a wife, but she was a college athlete and it's actually pretty fun. She does yoga and wants me to join her.

Got a small supply of N.O. XPLODE from a friend. Gonna give it a shot on Tues for my workout. I don't know what time of day you work out, but I HIGHLY recommend NOT taking NO Xplode after 2pm. Actually 4pm seems to be my cutoff, but I make it 2 just in case. Otherwise I'm up all night.

Diz - don't listen to Sig - fuck machines. Compound barbell excercises. Follow this. Simple, straightforward, and to the point. Also, you should be able to finish workouts in less than 45 minutes. Remember - form is very important on compound lifts. This is what I am doing now. Even though I've been working out for years, I am really a beginner when it comes to strength training. stronglifts.com/

the woman had her friend over yesterday and got wrecked. Can't really complain after what she's been through for the past year, but it got me to bed late and up with the baby a couple times, therefore I missed my training this morning. Gotta hit it tonight. It's deadlifting day!
