what do you guys use, supplement-wise?
Optimum Multi ZMAs at night for sleep Animal Rage in pills, not a big fan Horny Goat Weed
Later I'll go back to creatine, BCAAs, and Glutamine in my shakes. Thinking about adding Tribulus again too.

I use N.O. Xplode pre workout. Other than that, I drink about 4 protien shakes a day with at least 40g protein and eat 2 other meals with at least 40g protein. I'm usually at about 250g /day.

Love NO Xplode, but I tried Rage for the pill form. It's not actually an NO product, but I cant' even get the beta alkinin skin tingles from it.

I actually lost 20 lbs immediately after graduating college, then gained about 30 more over the next 4 years, then lost 35, stayed there until I gained 30 over the past 6 months. Back to playing weight.

My biggest problem throughout college was putting on weight. Couldn't put on enough weight no matter how much I ate or worked out.
After graduating, that problem quickly went away

ugh my rowing weight in college was 215.
Luckily I filled out since then, not just getting round.

How old is she now? Hopefully she'll be like ours, once about 3 months hit she started sleeping around 12 hours a night straight through. Sleeps like a dream. Most mornings, she'll wake up and just talk and play in her crib for a while before she even needs to be taken out.

Ours is almost 14 months. She sleeps from about 9:30PM to 7 AM. They call me the Sandman in my house for how fast I put her to sleep.

She's six weeks. The woman has been great in terms of getting up with her since she doesn't have to go to work. But I think I get rustled enough that I am not getting solid/good sleep and I am going to bed later we don't get to spend as much time together.
I'm not harried or running on fumes like some new fathers. Just hitting snooze too many times and running late.

Have I got something for you.
Melatonin.
I am one of those people who if woken I can't get back to sleep. My brain wakes up in high gear & it's off to the races.
When our 10 year old was suffering from migraines back around Thanksgiving the Docs said to give him 5mg of melatonin every night before bed to help him sleep. They also looked at the wife & I & said try it for yourselves, it really can help.
Shit works. I can wake up in the middle of the night for whatever reason & get right back to sleep.
That said I found it can really enhance your dreams whether in a good way or bad. I have always had very bizarre dreams & this shit took it up quite a few notches & they seem so real as well.

Today, running and lifting. 5 rounds of run 600m then squat clean thrusters. Might drop the weight a little to avoid the pain in the shoulder and to do the sets unbroken. Treadmill broke, gotta pace of the distance in the driveway....32 degrees out
