Tim DUncan. Truly the greatest power forward even and never is mentioned as one of the best ever. He's slowed down but when it comes to hands down the best basketball player to me it's Tim DUncan. Feel free to rip on me.

Never talked about no..Underrated yes. He will because of his personality will never get the notoriety he should. Put it this way, if he was drafted by CTown he would've never done what that scum bag did. He is everything a human being should be and nothing like what the real NBA player is. I would rank Duncan top 5 in the past 30 years with Jordon, Bird, Magic, Kareem and Kobe or Shaq. He's right with all those guys equals and other than Jordan the order varies depending on your flavor.

During his prime, he was talked about quite a bit. The reason he's not as discussed in the present is because the team revolves more around Ginobli and Parker, with Duncan being a solid third. He's accepted this role with a lot of class. He's also got 4 rings.
However, to say he's the greatest power forward ever is a bit of a stretch, Maj. I have to put Charles Barkley and Karl Malone ahead of him. I will agree that he's in the conversation though.
One guy who never gets mentioned in this category is Dennis Rodman. His rebounding and defense were off the charts. In my opinion, Rodman is a top 5 defender of all time. Also, when my wife and I were on our first date, he walked into the pub we were at and bought a round of shots for everyone. He left shortly thereafter.

Barkley yea right a great forward but Duncan would give Barkley the business on offense and has more than enough length to take it to him on defense. Now Duncan vs Malone would be nice. And Rodman was okay. But he falls into the Ben wallace category is that's all he can do.

I'd go with Kevin McHale.

Rodman and Wallace both had a defense first and probably second mentality, but Rodman was effective into his late 30's and was not a complete liability at the foul line and had a somewhat decent outside shot when he wanted to use it. Rodman also averaged a full 3 more boards per game over Wallace for their careers, althought Big Ben was the much better shot blocker. Overall, I would say they had very different skill-sets.
