I said from the beginning Dak needed to go to a team where he could sit for a year or two. Never in my imagination did I think he'd be doing this good as a rookie even with the talent Dallas has on offense.

Why not. He's ready now and only has one year left on his contract. Brady wants to play like 5 more years. You see what he can do in 2017 and if he blows you walk away from him.
Joe Haden for Jimmy Garappolo. Why not for both teams?

Pick Garrett or Allen at 1.
Trade back from the Eagles pick for a later first this year and an additional first in 2018.

You guys are forgetting that "the ground moved under Hue Jackson's feet" when he watched Bob workout in shorts and no pads!

Btw, a win this week could knock our draft picks from something like 1 and 7 to something like 2 and 12. That translates to a loss of about 700ish points on the trade value chart, or the equivalent of us trading a late first round pick for this one win. Which would be stupid. So we're definitely going to win.

Who do you think should start, Tommy? If they are actually trying to win? Probably Kessler. RG3 is terrible. I give up on backing him & actually dislike him now. If there was a franchise like QB out there then I would be fine with 0-16. There isn't, so I want a win.

Besides, Hue was so rock hard in love with RGIII the more he watches him suck the safer we are. You don't want hue to talk himself into the idea that this experiment isn't over.

I agree but it would be the Browns way. I hate to be so negative but this organization gives me no option.

Bortles might be available after this season, anybody interested?

Bortles might be available after this season, anybody interested? Similar to Jimmy in that you could bring him in for a one year audition and make your decision. Joe Haden would be offered. His completion % scares the hell out of me though. Seems like a guy who could really use a good QB in front of him and good QB coach to help him grow for a year or two. That's obviously not Cleveland.

I think my favorite part about naming RG3 is also admitting there will be a short leash. That's a recipe for success.

Well that's true. But let's imagine the Browns knew what they were doing.
