That's kind of like going to a party hungry and hoping there's food. I'm not saying don't grab WR 1 with your first two picks, just saying WR 2-4 are easier to find later than RB 2-4.

Maybe it's a preference thing.
Give me Carlos Hyde in the 3rd and Latavius Murray in the 4th.
You can have Adrian Peterson and LeSean McCoy in the 1st and 2nd.
I'd rather have the two RBs I took paired with Antonio Brown and Julio Jones than your two RBs paired with Hopkins and Cooks.

My point is at the end of this year you'll be starting 2 RBs you never would have thought you would have been starting. The examples were based off points, so not really shaky. Between injuries, RB rotations and how little value these guys have to real teams now the position has changed. At year end the stud WRs will be right where they were predicted to be. That's not true in my case at all. I drafted Lacy and Bell. They were solid. I got lucky and got Bryant as well. Picked up quality players and waited on a QB. Picked Wilson and later Manning. I would do that again right now. The point you made about free agents is probably the most poignant. I was able to be quick on my feet with study and got Beckham to round out my starters before anyone was on to him. P. S. I won last year. Attachments:

Looking at that line up I had a really hard time with TE's last year.
Gronk sure would look good in the TE spot.

Looking at that lineup & seeing how you got the #1 WR I am talking about AND Lacy & Bell proves you work with retards.
Sorry but that's not a normal start to a draft. But take advantage of that again!

But take advantage of that again! If you're talking about Beckham (and I think you are) he was injured early, nobody took him and he was not very visible. The front office grabbed him up after doing research and anticipating greatness.

I have a draft in a few hours. After all my arguing I'll probably take a RB at 5.

What's up with Bell? Pittsburghs RB. How long is he suspended? I've seen him atop a few lists.
I'm setting my draft order when i get home for my 10 team league.

In my other league today was the day to set keepers - 2 - can keep them for entire career. I was all set on Beckham and AJ but with the Jordy injury I think I am going to keep Cobb over AJ. Obviously a better QB and he's the #1 now - also younger.

Guess I'll be grabbing the best RB I can find and a top 5 WR with picks 9 & 12. #9? Really? 2 picks nearly back to back is kinda cool I guess. Got to be ready with a 2 shot every pick. Time to practice now that I know my spot.

Im on my 4th mock draft in a row. Got to find a good strategy. I think it really depends on # of teams. Less than 12 I really think you can go WR/WR. 12 forces a RB.

I draft 5th in an eight team league. Loaded squads in 8. Haven't done that in a while, it's probably funner to be honest.

Less than 12 I really think you can go WR/WR. 12 forces a RB. 10 I want to go WR/RB/WR but RB's keep falling to me that i have to take.. Example, the mock i'm doing now, Lynch was there at 7 and CJ Anderson was there at 14 so i had to go RB/RB.
