10 team $200 budget
Haden's Heroes QB Eli Manning RB Trent Richardson RB C.J. Spiller WR Demaryius Thomas WR A.J. Green TE Tyler Eifert FLEX Chris Ivory D/ST Browns D/ST K Phil Dawson BE Josh Gordon BE Denarius Moore BE Daryl Richardson BE Ben Tate BE Tony Romo BE Denard Robinson BE Alshon Jeffery
EDIT: Tommy here is what i paid for each player and the order i got them. The first player i bought was Chris Ivory. Adrian Peterson went up first and went for $66. Lynch went for $50 Foster and Martin $48. Megatron went for $50. The reason I paid $14 for Alshon Jeffery is he was my last roster spot and I had $14 left to spend so I did. I had my first 5 players within the first 20 taken. Got a steal on Thomas and Green.
1.RB Chris Ivory 10 2.RB C.J. Spiller 45 3.FLEX Trent Richardson 43 4.WR Demaryius Thomas 23 5.WR A.J. I've never done one of those before. I might try a mock one before the season starts.

If you feel like it, break down the prices of those guys and when. It's an interesting concept and I'm curious.

I think the auction league I used to do was by far my favorite. From the way trades work to weekly pick ups. It's not just about waiver order and everything. They are a lot of fun.

How did you do the order of players? We always started with whomever ESPN had ranked first, and then the winning owner decided the next player up for auction. That also made the draft interesting. Some strategy there as well.

Some strategy there as well. Ours was the same. Peterson went up first and I think Luck went up 2nd. Although the winner did not choose. There was a set order of who picked the player who went up for auction

The draft isn't the problem. The weekly pick ups is. The way my league worked you submitted a closed bid, highest bidder got the player. For how we are, you'd almost have to have someone not in the league be the one who receives those bids.
Do you have an IR? Most auction leagues don't but I think we devised a pretty good one. It was a ten man league so we took the average salary of the top ten at the position and that's the amount you IR. So if Peterson was on the injury report as doubtful on Friday and the average was $30 for rb's you could IR him and have thirty bucks to bid. Players had to stay on IR for minimum 2 games.

You can have it one of two ways....either standard waivers or you can have the auction waiver...each team has a budget for the year (usually $100) and you put a bid in on a player through the ESPN site and who ever has the highest bid or in case of a tie who ever is lower on the waiver order wins the player. I have a baseball league just like this I love it play with people on the west coast. It works perfectly.
