If we had a WTF cookoff the one thing I guarantee I'd beat you all at is salmon. What is each of your go to's that you guarantee you would win at? I know you don't respect the smoke, but i smoked some salmon a couple weeks ago and i almost came in my pants. I'm not saying yours isn't better, i'm just saying damn. What kind of seasoning do you generally use? Or do you just salt and pepper it? I've done a mix of things and they have all been good. Salmon is one of those fish that if you know how to cook it, it's always going to be good.

Not bragging but have had almost anyone who has it tell me its the best they have ever had.

Everything i cook is good. Except pork chops. Fuck pork chops Buy thin chops for the grill. Otherwise my mother in law pan fries pork chops that are unreal. I don't need to ever try to replicate them.

Nixon Restaurant in Athens Greece. LOL Go to the menu and have Google translate it for you. I thought it was an interesting and yummy sounding assortment of goodies. Love to try some of that stuff. nixon.gr/

Even bad bacon is good bacon. I prefer thick bacon. Not well done but not rubbery either. In between. I haven't had it recently but that cheap thin $2 bacon they sell might threaten your theory. Also turkey bacon is not bacon.

I agree about turkey. Let me rephrase that and say even the bacon I have had that was "bad" or not perfect was still pretty good and I eat all of it.

Hash browns or home fries? Sausage links or bacon? White, wheat or rye? Black, cream and sugar?
Too many decisions in the morning.

I like hash browns better than home fries but both are awesome.
I like Sausage PATTIES way way way more than links. I'm a white bread guy. And I am black or a little bit of cream. Like it both ways.
How about eggs? I like scrambled but I also love me some eggs benedict if done right.

One of my favs. White toast (sorry Flats!), Hash browns (I'll eat the home fries if you can't make fucking hash browns..) I prefer links but patties will do. Eggs? I'll usually order them over easy. I scramble a lot a home. Probably 1/2 the time. Add a splash of milk for fluffiness and some cheese (whatever is on hand) Cream and sugar in my coffee. I have a sweet tooth. Then again, I drink it super dark sometimes. I think it's a mood thing.

Sausage and cheese plate. Yum. Seems like a lot of breweries have adopted a "meat & cheese" appetizer option on their menu. I know of at least 3.
