Mcadoo was a very good OC at New York a few years back. Maybe he can find the old magic He sure did mismanage things this season. I really don't think Hue will go for a successful prior OC. Specially one with HC experience. Someone of that nature is going to want to implement their offense. Hue wants a stooge to run Hue's offense.

Ego way too big to give up play calling. Of someone else's offense? Oh hell no!

So if we're both wrong what's your deduction "just Dizz"?

You think he would hire his successor? Of course if Hue's offense sucks 3 years in a row he's done anyway. Right? Or no..

I think he’s being forced to hire a play caller.
I’ve heard of 3 guys interviewed for the OC job and they would all call the plays.
Mularkey - ex OC and former head coach with ties to Hue McAdo - ex OC and former head coach with Green Bay ties Sean Ryan - big up and comer name this offseason
I feel like the only way Hue has to retain his job is to let someone else call the plays for a few years

Are we certain Hue is making this hire? McAdoo has Green Bay ties just like Dorsey, McKenzie & Wolf.

I'm glad there are conditions for him to remain employed. He has turned to shit and he's playing calling is shit. He needs someone to call the plays

I like the idea of Ryan as the future but I also like the idea of someone like Mularkey to help clueless Hue through game day decusions.

I think it’s a good idea because Hue has sucked. I think it’s a bad idea because if you have to force someone to do something you have probably already lost them.

Hue also said he was going to continue to call the plays. I don't think Hue wants an OC so he's interviewing people who will want to call their own offense. They will all turn the offer down and Hue can say to Jimmy, hey boss I tried.

I think it’s a bad idea because if you have to force someone to do something you have probably already lost them. I think hue is done but due to a clause in his contract Jimmy doesn't want to pay the extra millions to fire him. If he is forced to hire an OC maybe he quits and voids this clause. Or hue can win 9-11 games next year and keep his job

Haley is out there too now. Saw that. I think with the killer Bs plus Ju Ju and several other good offensive players their offense should have been much better. Also doesn't look good when you have a franchise quarterback throwing you under the bus. They had 4th and less than a yard against the Jags and ran a toss sweep. When asked why didn't Ben audible to a QB sneak Ben said he wasn't allowed to.

Kiper’s first mock has Josh Allen going #1 overall to Browns.
😲
Then Barkley at 4.

Hes big, has a huge arm, and a really quick release. And those are all great but what is the most important trait for a QB?

@joshnorris
Josh Allen's supporting cast in 2017 will continue to be a storyline for the next few months.
If production is the focus, remember his completion percentage was even worse in 2016 (56%) with NFL players on the roster.
