If they bring Bob back next year at QB I'm going to need a therapy dog and disaster counseling. #endoftheworld #helpme #cryingmyeyesout #ifHuehadasonhewouldbelikeBob #itsnotfair What would be your plan at QB? They are likely fucked no matter what.

The Patriots would want a 1st and 4th for Jimmy? Fuck them.

They are likely fucked no matter what. That's a good question. There's no doubt the Browns have "managed" their way into the top college QB prospect in a year that there is no definitive top college QB prospect. Still, you have to get one. Is there a Carr or Prescott hiding there somewhere? Will they see it? Will they pull the trigger? There may be a better veteran FA come available eventually. I think I've seen enough of Bob. Unfortunately Hue hasn't. I think you could find a better mentor for a young QB. But you're right, it's a muddled mess.

I'm not opposed to that either. Had him as a backup QB on my fantasy team last 2 years. Has his ups and downs. Watkins is always hurt it seems.

He is exciting but he's a better fantasy QB than a real QB. I would take him but not at an insane price like he's making now. Ask yourself this. If he was a legit franchise QB, why the hell would the Bills get rid of him?

He's obviously not a franchise QB. But he's a capable starter. His paycheck means nothing to me, it's not my cash and the team has an insane amount of cap room. Bringing him in won't keep us from signing anyone else we want.
I'd take Taylor over Jimmy G, regardless of whatever draft picks it would cost for either of them. Taylor is the better player.

To say you don't care about the cost makes no sense. You can't destroy your cap with a shit signing.

I might sign Hoyer & draft Trubisky. Tell myself there is no way Mitch plays in 2017.

We can't destroy our cap. It's impossible. We've got no stars and half the roster is 22 years old.

I like Hoyer but think Tyrod would be a better option. He's an RGIII with a better injury record and better deep ball. Seriously, the main objective should be to get a QB who can win games and stay healthy. Although Tyrod does hold the ball too long which does not fit with our OL. Use the draft picks to hit the defensive side of the ball, this draft is defense heavy. Sign FA Oline and have Tryod hold the spot for a year. He's is going to hit the market, he's due 16 mil guaranteed next year if they still have him on the roster. Plus an addition 20 or so mill the following year.

Ideally the 2nd round but that probably is unlikely. The kid has everything you want except experience. I wouldn't want him to touch the field in 2017.

Well you know that any QB on the 53 man roster at the start of any Browns season is guaranteed to start several games. So that's just not realistic.
