... I want you to know that I'm completely OK with the 2-14 record we're about to embark on this season.
Glad Johnny is gone. Wish Gordon was gone. Our 2017 QB is not on the roster. Defense is going to be painfully bad. Special teams will continue to be an embarrassment because of leadership issues. In my wildest dreams the Eagles crash and burn. I have tickets for 3 away games (Eagles, Washington, and Bengals) Donating all pre-season games to charity. Will probably go to 4 home games.
Go Browns.

Glad Johnny is gone. ---> agree. What a horrendous draft pick. Wish Gordon was gone. ---> Hoyer lover Our 2017 QB is not on the roster. ---> BttB disagrees, thinks RG3 is the answer. Defense is going to be painfully bad. ---> COACHING Special teams will continue to be an embarrassment because of leadership issues. ---> Best coach in the league In my wildest dreams the Eagles crash and burn. ---> I think they will be pretty bad, 5-11? I have tickets for 3 away games (Eagles, Washington, and Bengals) ---> They'll win at least one of those. Donating all pre-season games to charity. ---> tax write off Will probably go to 4 home games. ---> $$$$
As for 2-14, on paper it's hard to disagree. But I like this staff. I think I would lean towards like 5-11 with improvement late.

Feels like a 5 win team to me. But we'll see how the preseason vibe is. If Duke Johnson shows he can carry the ball at all, instead of just catching dump offs, it would be big for the offense.

What a joke. Never been less interested in a Browns season. (not counting last year of course)

I like Duke. That over the shoulder pass for a TD was awesome. I wouldn't poo poo his catching ability because I believe that's their plan. Get him the ball in open space and let him rip from there, with the additional runs from scrimmage. If you line up Coleman, Gordon (tbd), and Duke in the slot w/ motion... who covers Barnidge?

Anyone going to camp this year? Nope. Haven't been since they started the "ticket system". I'm not taking a vacation day during the week for Browns camp just because the weekend tix are gone. Used to be nice when you could just decide to go one weekend. Now you need reservations weeks ahead of time.

I don't blame you. Probably better now for people coming in from out of town but for locals it sounds like it sucks.

I don't blame you. Probably better now for people coming in from out of town but for locals it sounds like it sucks. If I REALLY wanted to go I would find a way to be there. But I see what's happening. Hue is giving RG"ME" all the reps early to see if he can make him the QB resuscitated. (He obviously needs all the reps he can get) McCown is already proven. You know what you're going to get from him. He's no future that's for sure. But he can run a young football team. I guess we'll see what happens... but during the course of the season if the QB is still the bummer on this team... I guess there's always next year. Again. Right Hue?

I read that they had Goff as the top QB. They were also blown away with the Eagles trade. Evidently the Browns didn't have Wentz graded as a top 20 pick.

RG3 to Coleman. It's going to be a thing of beauty.

Gilbert, Mingo, and Irving need to go. Brutally bad. And you know my feelings about this turd.

Did you see Mingo bounce off that UDFA rookie quarterback they were playing? Pathetic.

Erving might be the worst of all them. How is he so bad? Single handed he about got RG3 killed.

What do you mean "How is he so bad?" He was a Farmer pick. 9/10 if Farmer chose you it means you don't belong in the NFL, period.
